Netmotivated Ltd Acquires Architec Computer Solutions

We have pleasure in announcing that Architec has been acquired by Netmotivated Limited with effect from 15th November 2007.
Netmotivated are a UK provider of web hosting, design and related services committed to delivering the best service and customer care in the web hosting industry.
The acquisition of Architec compliments the range of services already offered by Netmotivated and is a welcome addition to an expanding customer base that, similarly to Architec, has a very high customer retention rate which, in a very competitive market, is testimony to the high level of service and support currently provided.
All existing services and support will remain unaffected and where practical and necessary, improvements and enhancements will be made over time. The most notable enhancement to customers will be be an online billing system whereby customers can view orders and billing history, order new products and services, make payments securely online and raise support tickets when required.
Architec and Netmotivated will be working very closely together over the next 3 months ensuring the transition of customer accounts to Netmotivated is smooth and trouble free. In the coming days and weeks further communication will be sent to all customers.
